Parting Glass Series: Barrel-Aged Brews

Crafted in our 7-barrel brewery + barrel-aging cellar barn on Buffalo Rd., the Parting Glass Series is a testament to craft and patience. Released just a few times per year in small batches, these robust, high-ABV, oaky limited releases are the perfect slow sippers. The series is named for an old Scottish song traditionally sung at the end of a gathering of friends. We hope you’ll raise your glass to good friends and enjoy these nightcaps with a warm sense of happiness.

Of all the money that e’er I had
I spent it in good company
And all the harm I’ve ever done
Alas it was to none but me
And all I’ve done for want of wit
To mem’ry now I can’t recall
So fill to me the parting glass
Good night and joy be to you all...”

Rohrbachs aims to source locally for the barrels and other ingredients used in these brews, often partnering with Iron Smoke, Black Button, Fuego Coffee Roasters, and more.

The barrel-aging program utilizes the brewery’s smaller 7-barrel system at Buffalo Rd. Smaller batches allow for more creative recipes, premium ingredients, and frequent releases. These brews are available at Rohrbach locations and select area retailers in limited quantities.
