Rohrbach Wrapped 2025
Rohrbach’s 2025 Milestones
The Year the Hot Dog Machine Retired Early
If 2025 taught us anything, it’s that a brewery can pack in an impressive number of weddings, big life moments, new beers, and dramatic hot dog machinery. It was a year powered by community and creativity. Our team showed up with the kind of enthusiasm that makes the brewery extra special, and every step of the way, you were part of it—sharing pints, celebrating milestones, and keeping our spaces lively as ever.
There was a lot to be proud of this year, and plenty to laugh about and debate. Time to relive the highlights!
7,000 barrels brewed
We brewed about 7,000 barrels this year. That’s a heroic amount of beer. Enough to fill a small lake, or at least enough to convince our brewers that installing a basketball hoop for “team building” is a reasonable 2026 goal.
52 beers brewed
A solid beer for every week of the year! The lineup had classics, new favorites, and a few experiments.
One standout was Plumbus Sour, a fruited sour inspired by a certain sarcastic grandpa and his anxious teenage grandson. Brewed with pale and wheat malts, then conditioned on plum purée, pie crust, and royal vanilla, it tasted like a fruit pie pulled straight from an alternate dimension. Everyone has a plumbus in their home, and in 2025, our brewery had one, too.
Top 3 beers…
Scotch Ale
Reigning champion. Unbothered. Untouchable.Space Kitty
If [when?] aliens visit, this will be our peace offering.Blueberry Ale
Bright, easy-drinking, and the reason many summer nights lasted longer than planned.
Shoutout to Telepath Black Lager, the unofficial staff favorite, brewed to celebrate the wedding of one of our brewers. With layers of caramel, sweet bread, and milk chocolate wrapped into a clean Czech-style finish, it quickly became the beer that made everyone here a little sentimental.
Most played artist at the Beer Hall
Our 2025 Spotify Wrapped crowned Manchester Orchestra as the top artist, with Phish in close second. Meanwhile, our Beer Hall Sessions kept Thursdays stocked with local talent, proving the best part of our tunes was the music happening live.
Number of times someone asked:
“When’s Griddle Cakes coming back?”
Unofficial tally: Enough that we briefly considered passing around a sign-up sheet.
Good news for the committed pancake-beer fans—Griddle Cakes made its return this year, bringing back those blueberry and maple flavors that make Sunday mornings [and, honestly, any time of day] feel a little more celebratory. It’s crisp, it’s light, and it tastes like flipping a perfect flapjack without having to clean the pan afterward.
3 major Beer Garden updates
The Beer Garden got a renovation, complete with a brand new outdoor grilling area that made summer nights feel like one long backyard hangout.
We added a tap truck, making outdoor pours and special events easier and more efficient.
Our second annual Oktoberfest returned with a great crowd and new photogenic tractor.
1 dramatic hot dog incident
The brewery's hot dog machine was used successfully one time before nearly starting a fire. Talks have begun about upgrading to a gas-station style roller machine. This is either a brilliant plan or a future insurance claim…
Lots of amazing life updates
Sales Manager Chris Cole and his wife welcomed their third child.
Cellar Person Brittany F. married Jill. A triumphant win for romance.
Four of our front-of-house team members got married this year! One of them even met their husband here at Rohrbach. Love apparently loves good beer.
Antonio graduated from high school and is headed to the Culinary Institute of America. We’re expecting incredible things and hoping he remembers us when he’s famous.
The Brewpub welcomed the first baby of the year right on New Year’s Day!
Different Animal retired with grace. Cosmic Krush stepped in as a new staple.
2025 gave us beers worth bragging about, staff milestones we’ll remember forever, new traditions, renovations, and the ongoing saga of the hot dog machine. We’re grateful for every person who stepped into our spaces, grabbed a pint, brought a friend, or supported us in any way at all.
Cheers to a great year behind us and an even better one ahead!
