Rohrbach Brewing Co. is excited to announce the release of our Classic Can line. The line will launch in Mid-July in select stores. We’re canning the classics: Scotch Ale, Highland Lager, Railroad Street IPA, and Vanilla Porter, which will be available in 4 packs of 16oz cans.
Why cans? With higher quality technology, aluminum is now a much safer material to preserve beer. It lasts significantly longer than glass, which allows light in even at the darkest shade of brown. With no paper label needed, cans have a lower carbon footprint (remember to recycle). Cans are no longer for the macrobreweries.
Stay tuned for exact date and stores available. With a canning line in place at the brewery, this will be a permanent addition to our production. Cheers!
A big thanks to Little Bleu Cheese Shop for coming out to the brewery this past Saturday. We served up 3 different cheeses to pair with our summer seasonal, California IPA. Two cheeses came from creameries right here in NYS, while one came from sunny California.
If you missed out on this tasting, stay tuned for the next one! We love to collaborate with other local businesses and offer something unique in our tasting room.
Little Bleu Cheese Shop is located in the South Wedge, learn more about them on their website: littlebleucheese.com.
Zweigles has teamed up with us to make a seriously “Rochester” product. We’ve come out with two different products: a Highland Lager Bratwurst and Scotch Ale Baurenwurst. Delicious German sausages infused with our flagship favorites…it’s time to dust off the grill, pour yourself a pint, and get cooking.
These sausages are available at Tops and other local food markets including Hegedorns Market. They’ll also be sold at the soon-to-open Hart’s Grocers on East Ave.
We love you, Rochestarians. We also love beer and grilling. This one’s for you, summer is arriving!
