Parting Glass Series: Barrel-Aged Brews
Crafted in our 7-barrel brewery & barrel-aging cellar barn on Buffalo Road, the Parting Glass Series are a testament to craft and patience. Released just a few times per year in small0-batches, these robust, high-ABV, oaky limited releases are the perfect slow sippers. The series is named for an old Scottish song that’s traditionally sung at the end of a gathering of friends. We hope you’ll raise your glass to good friends and enjoy these nightcaps with a warm sense of happiness.
Look for the latest release in 500ml bottles at RBC locations and select stores across New York State.

Rohrbachs aims to source locally for the barrels and other ingredients used in these brews, often partnering with Iron Smoke, Black Button, Fuego Coffee Roasters, and more.
The barrel-aging program is led by our Director of Brewing Operations, Joel Will.Using the brewery's smaller 7-barrel system is an intentional one. Smaller batches allow for more creative recipes, premium ingredients, and more frequent releases. These brews will be available at Rohrbach locations and select area retailers in limited quantities.
