 Chef Steve Frank shows off his talents with a magnificent four-course meal. Each month is a unique, seasonal menu, with each course paired perfectly with a beer by our brewer Joel Will. 

THE MENU

1st. Sausage Stuffing “Falafel”
Roasted garlic naan, spicy cranberry -blood orange yogurt

2nd. Autumn Panzanella
pain au levain, baby kale, puffed farro, acorn squash, pear, pickled fresno chile, pomegranate, creamy cranberry stilton vinaigrette

3rd. Smoked Turkey Pot Pie
porcini mushroom veloute, green bean, carrot, peas, buttermilk fried onions

4th. Cocoa-Pumpkin Bread Pudding
brioche, dark chocolate, roasted pumpkin custard, amaretto ice cream

Course I • Agnolotti
sweet corn, house ricotta, parmeggiano reggiano, black summer truffle

Course II • Fried Squash Blossoms
with zucchini puttanesca fresca

Course III • Pizza Romana
san marzano tomato, fennel sausage, caramelized onion, buffalo mozzarella, pecorino romano

Course IV • Chianti-Braised Beef Cheek
pancetta, greens, polenta cacio e pepe 

Course V • Olive Oil Cake
cara cara orange, basil infused whipped cream
