 Chef Steve Frank shows off his talents with a magnificent five-course meal. Each month is a unique, seasonal menu, with each course paired perfectly with a beer by our brewer Joel Will. 

THE MENU

COURSE I • Pork Belly Al Pastor Taco
pit smoked pork belly, chile lime-pineapple bbq, grilled pineapple, pickled red onion, cilantro

COURSE II • Jackie’s Watermelon Salad
local cress, pickled watermelon, cucumber, Lively Run goat’s milk feta, white balsamic-honey reduction, pistachio, basil

COURSE III • Grilled Kabob
