Korean Table: April Food + Beer Pairing

Chef  Steve Frank and Chef Brian Arliss have collaborated to present this month’s Korean-themed pairing dinner. Each  of the five course is paired perfectly with one of our handcrafted ales and lagers.

Tickets  $55.00 per person. Gratuity not included. 

THE MENU

Course I • Pork Belly Bonchon
kimchi, wakame salad, chili crisp, white rice, korean pear, daikon

Course II • Lettuce Wrap
ground chicken, spicy plum sauce, charred scallion salad, local sprouts, fried rice noodles

Course III • Japchae
glass noodles, miso roasted shittake, carrot, bok choy

Course IV • Skirt Steak
coca cola-gochujng barbecue, white rice, soy-pickled daikon, pickled cucumber, egg

Course V• Ginger Ale Carrot Cake
miso maple frosting, candied ginger
