Chef  Steve Frank and brewer Joel Will team up to present a wonderful four-course meal. Each course is paired perfectly with one of our handcrafted ales and lagers.This month features our spin on traditiona Irish fare in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.  

Tickets  $50.00 per person. Gratuity not included.

The Menu

Course I • Blackwater  Slider
porter infused ground bison, cheddar, caramelized onion and mustard, sweet brioche poppy seed roll 

Course II • Shamrock Salad
local lettuces, spinach, trio of peas, asparagus, farm egg, crispy Irish bacon, “green goddess” yogurt dressing

Course III • choice of one:
Corned Beef + Cabbage
local grassfed brisket, Braised cabbage, new potato, sweet and sour carrot broth, soda bread
Dublin Coddle

stew of Irish sausage, bone broth, barley & winter vegetables, soda bread

Course IV • Chocolate Guinness Cake
bailey’s anglaise, whisky whip
