The Little Theatre’s 90th Anniversary: A Commemorative Beer
Thursday, October 17 • The Little Theatre Cafe
We teamed up with our friends at The Little Theatre to brew a beer in honor of their 90th anniversary. We had so much fun coming up with a story and beer style that was just right for this momentous event.
The name comes from the theatre’s given nickname during a time of silent films. It’s flavor? Inspired by a popular snack at the theatre, Nanaimo bars, with flavors of chocolate, almond, and coconut. Nanaimo bars are locally made at Julep Bake Shop.

This collaboration has been very special to us. We have worked with the Little Theatre for many years. It is a staple of our downtown culture and we’re honored to be part of their anniversary! The Democrat & Chronicle has also joined along for the ride, you can read more from Craft Beer writer Will Cleveland below.
