Rohrbach Food & Beer Pairings are truly a magnificent experience. Chef Steve Frank shows off his talents with a five-course meal, each course features a hand-selected ale or lager to compliment your meal. This month we’re celebrating American Craft Beer Week with a classic southern-style menu. 

The Menu: 

Course I: Bacon Waffle Dog
corn waffle bacon-wrapped pork sausage with a blueberry barbecue dipping sauce

Course II: Tempura Shrimp
served with pimento grits, finished with a lemon sweet tea reduction

Course III · choice of entree
Southern-style smoked hen or Smoked Beef Brisket

served with alabama white barbecue sauce served over carolina gold rice and braised collards

Course IV: Bourbon Pecan Peach Cobbler
served with vanilla bean ice cream
