| Rohrbach's Menu Rohrbach Brewing Company’s commitment to handcrafting the finest ales and lagers using the freshest, high quality ingredients available is the same commitment our kitchen team has. All of our menu creations are homemade by using the freshest finest meats, seafood, produce and cheeses available in our area. Upstate New York is a rich food producing region and Chef Mary Jo and her staff use the freshest local produces to give our guests wonderfully flavored dishes. Many of the herbs used in the kitchen are picked fresh from our own garden (fertilized with spent grain from the brewery). Some of the menu items have been enjoyed since we opened our original location and still maintain their popularity. The German Sampler Platter is one of our most popular dishes and is great with a pint of Highland Lager. Every six months minor revisions are made to the menu to keep it fresh and exciting for our customers. We always have daily seasonal specials and the most excellent Beer Battered Fish Fry every Wednesday and Friday.
