Brewery

The Rohrbach Brewing Company has been brewing handcrafted ales and lagers in Rochester for over a decade! Loyal Rohrbach customers from near and far continue to prove that there is a market for premium high quality lagers and ales.

All of our ales and lagers are made with only the finest ingredients available worldwide; two-row malted barley from Belgium and the freshest hops from Europe and the Pacific Northwest . Our lagers and ales are delivered cold and fresh, with no artificial preservatives or flavor deteriorating pasteurization, which insures that your customers enjoy them at their peak freshness.

Ales & Lagers
A sampling of some of the fine ales and lagers handcrafted at Rohrbach’s:

Bluebeary Ale
A light-bodied, golden ale with a pleasant balance of hops and a hint of natural blueberry.

Highland Lager
This is Rohrbach’s flagship lager. It is a light, well-balanced amber lager with a light malt flavor, and a crisp, clean hop finish.

Stock Ale
This is an exceptional, hoppy pale ale.

Scotch Ale
A traditional Scottish Ale that is sweet and malty with a very smooth finish.

Vanilla Porter
An English style porter that was brewed with a wide variety of specialty malts. Chocolat malt, caramel malt, black malt, and roasted barley are used to gove this beer it's intricate flavor. The vanilla extract is added after fermentation that gives you yet another layer of taste!
