Food & Beer Pairing
Drink Outside The Box! Food & Beer Pairing
Tuesday, November 8th, 2016
Buffalo Road Brewpub
For this month's Food & Beer Pairing, we broke our traditional methods by choosing the featured beers FIRST! Then, we decided on a fantastic selection of courses that would compliment our lineup of hand-crafted ales and lagers.
We start the evening at 6:00pm sharp with a guided tour of our brewery by our Brewmaster. Then at 6:30pm, Chef Steve Frank shows off his talents with a magnificent four-course dining experience. Each course features a hand-selected ale or lager to compliment your meal.
Course 1: Black Tea Duck
Black Tea smoked duck, carrot-ginger puree, carrot cake, pickled autumn vegetables.
Course 2: Enlightened Harvest Salad
Winter Lettuce, 18 month aged Gouda, fried shallots, carbonated cranberries, Maple burnt orange vinaigrette.
Course 3: Choice of:
(A) Amped Shortrib
Coffee Rubbed Black Angus Shortrib, Pumpkin-ricotta polenta, butter and cider roasted parsnips, ancho-red currant Molé.
(B) Amped Smoked Scallops
Coffee Rubbed smoked scallops, Pumpkin-ricotta polenta, butter and cider roasted parsnips, ancho-red currant Molé.

Brewga @ The Beer Hall!
Wednesday, November 9th | 6pm
Wednesday, November 16th | 6pm
Saturday, November 19th | 10:30am
Back by popular demand... (as well as the return of our pro instructor, Amy L) -- It's the return of BREWGA at the Rohrbach Railroad Street Beer Hall!
That's right, Brewga. It's yoga at Rohrbach's because what tastes better than a beer? A beer you really worked for. But then again, yogis don't judge. If you want to do the work with the beer, be our guest, and enjoy your hops and barley while you're hanging out in downward dog or clambering through your vinyasas.
Class will last one hour, but you can subtract from that all the time you need for savasana (yup, that's the napping pose). Beginning at 10:30 am and ending promptly at 11:30am (except for Wednesdays, which run from 6pm - 7pm), you can hop right into a recovery drink or enjoy a wood-fired pizza. Price is $10 for the yoga and includes your first beer. For those of you who prefer the juice bar for your recovery concoction (or have not yet reached the legal drinking age), no need to worry: you may opt for a Gatorade or juice instead.
We hope you join us for two of the best ways to relax combined into one! All levels are welcome because honestly, child's pose for 60 minutes is completely acceptable. Try to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can establish your desired source of hydration for class. This is BYOM (bring your own mat).
