We start the evening at 6:00 pm sharp with a guided tour of the brewery followed by a
four-course meal at 6:30 pm. Each course features a

 hand-selected micro-brew to compliment your meal.

 

Appetizer

Oxen Stout Soup

With Irish Soda Bread

 

First Course

Lucky Peapod Salad

Garnished with clover sprouts and honey lime vinaigrette

 

Choice of Entrée

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Apple braised corned beef with honey glazed carrots and parsley potatoes

Or

Lollipop Lamb Chops

With mint sauce, honey glazed carrots and parsley potatoes

 

Dessert

Green Velvet Cake

With Irish Cream Frosting

 

Pairing dinners are advance ticket sale only.  The cost is $30.00 per person tax and gratuity not included. Entrée choice must be made at time of reservation.
All reservations must be made by 3/6/12. 
Refunds are given in form of a credit to a future pairing.
Cancellations 7 days prior will not be refunded.
