Followed by a tour of our brewing facilities, enjoy a four-course meal done by our chef, Steve Palermo. Each dish is perfectly paired with one of our craft brews to give you a delicious experience. This month's menu:

1st Course: Summer Strawberry Salad
Arugula with strawberries, feta, red onion

2nd Course: Apple Chevre Bruschetta
Grilled bruschetta topped with goat cheese and apples

Choice of Entrée:
Salmon or Pork with Peaches and
Balsamic Reduction

Grilled French cut pork chop or Salmon filet topped with grilled sweet peaches and balsamic reduction complimented with roasted Summer vegetables


Dessert:
Sweet Corn Cake with Raspberries

 

These dinners are advance ticket sale only. The cost is $25.00 per person tax and gratuity not included. Entrée choice and payment must be made at time of reservation.
