We begin the evening with a guided tour of our Buffalo Road brewing facility followed by a magnificent four-course meal, each one paired with one of our craft brews to give you a delicious experience.

1st Course: Tropical Salad
Fried plantain chips, pineapple, sweet onions, greens tossed in Mojito Vinaigrette

2nd Course: Peri Peri Pork Skewer
Spicy marinated pork with a cool yogurt dipping sauce

Choice of Entrée:
Roasted Jerk Chicken: Marinated in Pilsner and Jerk rubbed served with sweet & smoky Porter rice

Mango Swordfish: Grilled swordfish steak topped with mango salsa served with sweet & smoky Porter rice

Dessert: Banana Coconut Bread Pudding
Drizzled with warm Rum sauce
