Followed by a tour of our brewing facilities, enjoy a four-course meal done by our chef, Steve Palermo. Each dish is perfectly paired with one of our craft brews to give you a delicious experience. This month's menu:

 

1st Course: Chorizo and Black Bean Soup


2nd Course: Stuffed Muchrooms
Stuffed with panko, herbs, and goat cheese

Choice of Entrée:
Pecan Crusted Cod or Pork Tenderloin
with ligonberry jam sauce

Both accompanied by roasted acorn squash with maple cranberry butter


Dessert:
House baked Pumpkin Dump Cake

 

These dinners are advance ticket sale only. The cost is $25.00 per person tax and gratuity not included. Entrée choice and payment must be made at time of reservation.
