Smokehouse! Food & Beer Pairing

We begin the evening with a guided tour of our Buffalo Road brewing facility followed by a magnificent four-course meal, each one paired with hand-selected ale or lager to give you a delicious experience!

1st Course: Smoked Salmon Duo
Drizzled with lemon caper vinaigrette and a smoked spread with crostini

2nd Course: Pork Belly & Endive Salad
With smoked pecans, strawberry, grilled chive vinaigrette

3rd Course: Choice Of: 
Smoked Pork Shoulder & Gnocchi Ragout
Apple wood smoked pork and yukon potato gnocchi topped with manchego cheese

Pastrami & Sweet Potato Hash
House made pastrami served over sweet potatoes and topped with two poached eggs finished with a red cabbage and sweet pickled carrot salad.

Dessert: Apple Crumble
Topped with smoked cheddar crisp & cinnamon syrup
