The “Pierogies Guy’s” farmers cheese pierogies and Zweigle’s Italian Sausage
sautéed with peppers and onions

Scotch Ale Short Ribs
Scotch Ale braised short ribs fresh from Seven Bridges Farms

Dessert: Orange Cream Floats
Abbott’s vanilla custard and Rohrbach’s orange cream soda


These dinners are advance ticket sale only. The cost is $35.00 per person tax and gratuity not included. Entrée choice and payment must be made at time of reservation.
