Christmas Feast: Food and Beer Pairing

With your reservation, you get a guided tour of our Buffalo Road brewing facility followed by a magnificent four-course meal, each one paired with one of our craft brews to give you a delicious experience!

1st Course: Straciatella Soup
Traditional Italian chicken soup with pastina pasta and meatballs with ribbons of egg

2nd Course: Aranccini
Deep fried breaded risotto ball stuffed with ground beef and cheese in a pool of marinara sauce

Choice of Entrée
Seafood Fra Diavolo: Clams, mussels, and shrimp simmered in a spicy tomato sauce poured over pasta garnished with parmesan ribbons.
Scotched Balsamic Short Ribs: Scotch ale braised beef short ribs finished with a balsamic reduction served in a pool of chipotle cheddar root vegetable puree

Dessert: Spiced Rice Pudding
