Valentine's Food & Beer Pairing

We begin with a guided tour of our Buffalo Road brewing facility followed by a magnificent four-course meal prepared by Chef Steve Byrne, each one paired with one of our craft brews to give you a delicious experience!

1st Course: Champagne Mushroom Bisque

2nd Course: Shrimp Alexander
Feta stuffed and bacon wrapped on a bed of garlic sautéed spinach

Choice of Entrée:
Salmon Pinwheel: Salmon and perch pinwheel wrapped with dijon tarragon cream cheese
Beef Wellington: Beef filet with roasted garlic and bacon wrapped in puff pastry

Dessert: Cherries Jubilee 

Advance ticket sale only.  $40pp tax and gratuity not included. Entrée choice must be made at time of reservation. All reservations must be made by 2/3/15.
